The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting bids for On-Call General Construction Services for use at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). CVG has been serving commercial passengers since 1947. With more than 7,700 acres of land, four runways, and a diversified base of operations on and near the campus. The campus contains many buildings and structures that need to be maintained, modified, or repaired. KCAB leases and operates OXD under terms of an agreement with Miami University, effective April 1, 2021. Currently, KCAB maintains 100 acres of Miami University Airport property that has several hangers and buildings. Through this solicitation, KCAB intends to award a contract to multiple contractors to provide general construction services at CVG and OXD. KCAB is seeking general contractor(s) to complete various, small scale construction projects, demolitions, and repairs at CVG and OXD
