Allegheny County Airport Authority is seeking a Manager, Security Compliance to ensure Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) maintains full compliance with Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, Security Directives, and the Airport Security Program (ASP). Reporting to the Director, Airport Security, this position oversees security programs, credentialing, audits, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with federal and local law enforcement agencies. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the Airport ID badging office, ensuring proper credentialing and database management.
• Develop and manage security programs, including audits and compliance tracking.
• Serve as an alternate Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) and liaison with TSA and law enforcement.
• Manage security contracts, ensuring compliance and accurate invoicing.
• Conduct inspections and audits on construction projects, personnel access control, and lock and key systems.
• Assess security systems, procedures, and access control measures, providing reports and recommendations.
• Assist in implementing security technologies, including access control and CCTV systems.
• Research industry trends and propose innovative security enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
• Five years of experience in security program development and management, preferably in aviation.
• Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security systems, including credentialing and CCTV.
• Ability to travel 5-10% as needed.

Salary & Benefits
