This session will focus on creating a culture that address a holistic approach on how to get an entire airport community engaged. It will examine alternative ways on how employees view safety, how to instill a change in behavior, and adjusting the safety culture from a ‘have to be safe’ to a ‘want to be safe’ mindset.
