Airport Leadership Forum:
Travel Resumption and Strategies

Original Air Date: November 12, 2020

Most governments’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been to shut travel down without a plan or approach to restarting travel when safety can be assured. In the U.S., and to a lesser extent in Canada, domestic air travel is slowly recovering. But international air travel remains virtually non-existent. The global aviation industry has come together to advance an approach to restarting international air travel using testing in lieu of quarantines to reasonably minimize the risk of transmission during the travel process. In this session of Centerlines Lift, hear from government and industry players on how testing protocols may enable not only international travel but domestic as well.
