Automobile Rental Concessions

CWVRAA is hereby inviting bids, from all interested and qualified parties, for operating automobile rental concessions at West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW), Charleston, West Virginia.

Submission Deadline: There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (local time) to review instructions and specifications, discuss the draft concession agreement, and tour the facility. Bids should be submitted to the Airport Director at 100 Airport Road, Suite 175, Charleston, West Virginia, 25311 by 12:00 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Airport Authority's Public Use Conference Room.
