The Tucson Airport Authority is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. This position manages and coordinates the annual budget process, develops, and prepares regular forecasting reports, and continuously monitors statistical reporting and operating results. The position also coordinates and monitors investment policy and management activities, oversees banking activities, and manages relationships and accounts. The position is a leadership position and oversees the Insurance and Finance Coordinator and Senior Financial Analyst. The Manager of financial Planning and Analysis interfaces with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and is well positioned to help shape the transformation of the Finance Division.
Qualifications for the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a closely related field and minimum of four years of professional level accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, financial statement auditing, or fiscal administrative experience within and ERP environment. A CPA license or master’s degree is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience is also preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills are required, with MS Access experience preferred. A combination of education and additional years of comparable experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to meet the demands of the positional may be substituted for the above position requirements.

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $71,195 – $103,232. A starting salary above the mid-point is achievable for the exceptional candidate and will be dependent upon experience. Additional annual compensation as an incentive bonus based on organizational performance is determined annually, as budget resources allow. A comprehensive benefits package includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, etc.
The TAA has adopted a flexible work environment and administrative staff may work remote with the expectation that responsibilities are managed without delay or disruption, and quality of work product and deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
