SFO is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis who will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Airport’s Financial Planning & Analysis section including Rates & Charges, Revenue Budgeting, Revenue Forecasting and Tracking, Financial and Economic Reporting, Air Traffic Forecasting, Financial Modeling and Analysis and Data Collection Systems. This position administers the development of the Airport’s Five-Year Rate Model that includes expenditures estimates, non-airline revenue estimates, and forecasted enplanements. This position will also participate on Airport-wide strategic initiatives teams and working groups.

Qualifying Education & Experience:

Education:  Possession of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; AND

Experience:  Four (4) years of managerial experience in budget, financial planning and development, accounting, statistical analysis, or financial projections and evaluations, of which all must include supervisory.

Note:  A  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Substitution:

Education Substitution: Additional qualifying experience as described above may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for year basis for up to two (2) years.  (One year of work experience is equal to 30 semester or 45 quarter units).

Compensation and Benefits
