SFO is looking for a dynamic leader to assist the Director of Revenue Development and Management in assisting with monitoring, evaluating and supervising the operation of the department. This role is responsible for managing commercial operations; managing airport business operations; forecasting and financial planning; analyzing performance of commercial operations; identifying new revenue sources and supervising professionals. Desired candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills; airport experience is highly desirable; has experience in analyzing complex economic issues; has ability to conduct presentations to senior management and stakeholders; and has ability to be flexible as project schedules and priorities change quickly. 1.       Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy or a closely related field; AND

2.       Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional level budget experience in a governmental or large organization, which includes three (3) years of supervising professionals.

Education Substitution:

Additional qualifying experience as described above may be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis for up to two (2) years.  (One year of work experience is equal to 30 semester or 45 quarter units).

Experience Substitution:
Possession of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university may substitute (1) year of the required experience (but may not substitute for the required supervisory experience).
