The Planning Manager (Environmental) is responsible for overseeing Ontario International Airport’s (ONT) planning and environmental strategy as part of the capital development team for aviation programs and projects. The Planning Manager (Environmental) will be accountable for planning, overseeing, and managing general airport planning studies and associated environmental regulatory issues for all airport-related development to ensure the airport addresses future demand; meets associated federal environmental requirements and compliance; analyzes project proposals for conformity or impact to existing and developing plans; identifies and champions development that advances sustainability initiatives and ensures the airport meets environmental goals.

Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible experience in aviation planning, projects and programs, including three years of experience with environmental projects and programs.  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Planning (Civil engineering, Airport Planning, Urban Planning), Environmental Science, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database programs.

Compensation: $101,210 – $138,995 Annually + generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision and employer paid 401(A)
