As the Social Impact Specialist, you will be part of the Social Impact team acting as the company’s ‘conscience,’ championing and developing the ethical, environmentally friendly, and community-minded side of a business. This includes gathering, analyzing, and validating the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data on behalf of the Airports Authority. The Social Impact team is responsible for creating links between the Airports Authority and the community, raising positive awareness of our commitment to sustainable social responsibility.

Serves in the Office of Diversity Inclusion and Social Impact at the Headquarters Office.

The Social Security Impact Specialist will either assist in developing, coordinating, and maintaining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives or promote, coordinate, and communicate the ESG program to advance community partnerships, environmental initiatives and demonstrate social impact. Performs related functions.




Coordinates ESG data collection and verification of ESG reporting processes by working closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and validate data for analytics and reporting.


Tracks CSR/ESG goals for the Airports Authority; collects, monitors, and analyzes data, and supports progress reporting and makes recommendations based on insights from data. Facilitates the development of corporate metrics around ESG data.


Develops appropriate data analytic strategies and metrics for the ESG program and produces reports and analyses for senior management.


Collaborates with Airports Authority staff to identify, measure, and monitor progress of employee engagement, environment, economic impact, and community initiatives.


Recommends, develops, and employs measurement systems and tools to benchmark and track progress against sustainability goals, standards, and framework.


Develops strategies and materials for the communication of CSR/ ESG initiatives to internal and external audiences and works alongside the DISI and communications teams ensuring overall messaging consistency across the Airports Authority.


Promotes the Airports Authority’s environmental stewardship and social responsibility, including support of Business Enterprise programs.


Creates and writes communication and promotional materials to promote the CSR/ESG program and activities on the corporate website and on digital platforms.


Conducts research to stay abreast of current and emerging best practices for CSR/ESG reporting and disclosure.


Contributes to the annual strategic plan based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals for the development of the Airports Authority’s CSR/ ESG report.


In conjunction with the Social Impact Manager, leads a cross functional team in the development of the Airports Authority’s annual CSR/ ESG report.


Works alongside the Social Impact team to attend and support job fairs, community events and environmental events in support of the Airports Authority’s corporate stewardship and sustainability events.


Performs related duties as assigned.



Five years of experience in CSR/ESG reporting, frameworks, communication practices and indices.


Knowledge of ESG measure and indices and ability to design program parameters to measure progress against those issues.


Knowledge of and ability to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze organizational performance against them.


Ability to design and build integrated communications campaigns and materials.


Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.


Experience creating standard processes, holding stakeholders accountable to committed deadlines, and tracking multiple cases at once.


Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding organization and employee information.


Ability to perform detailed analyses of data and information and make recommendations.


Ability to speak and write effectively.


Ability to use computer hardware and modern office suite software.




A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.




A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.




A state driver’s license in good standing.




Work is typically reviewed in progress and upon completion for quantity, quality, timeliness, teamwork, customer service, and other factors.



A background security investigation will be required for all new hires.
