The Manager, Information Technology (IT) manages the efforts of the IT department to provide effective and efficient computer systems and establish the methodology for the control, security, and integrity of data.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Performs managerial duties involved in overseeing staff and assisting the Assistant Vice President (AVP) with the day-to-day activities of the IT department to ensure effective and efficient computer systems.
Manages IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage and backup infrastructure, and Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
Establishes the methodology for the control, security and integrity of data.
Assures accurate and timely computer processing production.
Enforces network and system security policies to ensure infrastructure is not compromised.
Evaluates and recommends IT products and procedures.
Consults with departments to determine current and future IT needs.
Reports IT budget status by preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and special reports.
Prepares presentations and presents as required.
May review, make recommendations, implement and manage new IT projects.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
7-10 years experience: people management, vendor management, project management, contract management, or relevant experience
