Under the direction of the Vice President, Finance & Revenue Development, directs the accounting and financial reporting functions of the Commission.  Participates in financial planning.  Monitors and controls expenditures for capital and operating requirements of the Commission.  Responsible for overseeing cash management, budgeting, purchasing, and  financial controls. Supports the Vice President of Finance and Revenue Development in investment activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
Seven years of financial management experience.
Five years of supervisory experience.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and leadership skills, collaborative work style and relationship-building skills.
Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience analyzing complex data to make decisions.
Ability to clearly articulate the basis for decisions made.
Working knowledge of capital markets.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle to commute between job sites.
