Responsible for the management of assigned commercial properties, which are contractually leased for purposes of generating revenue stream to MAC. Commercial Properties are defined as leased real or personal property or the leased right to use said properties which leasing is generally represented by a ground lease, use agreement, or executed letter of agreement documents. Acts as MAC’s primary liaison between MAC and airline tenants at MSP. Liaison activities include contract/lease negotiations, dispute resolution, and construction project coordination working with various tenants and MAC departments.   Ensures accuracy of MAC’s Airline Operating Agreement and Terminal Building Lease document particular to each airline. Provides lease interpretation, input and feedback to airlines, MAC departments and other various tenants. Prepares and conducts presentations to committees of the Commission regarding all facets of airline activities at MSP. Conducts research and maintains contacts with various airports throughout the United States and abroad (if necessary or requested by the Commission) regarding airline activities at other airports. Coordinates and oversees MAC business interests throughout terminal construction projects.   Performs day to day property management functions in the areas of on-site inspection of airline lease compliance and development of agreement terms for foreign and domestic airlines and tenants operating in support of airline operations. This responsibility includes research, preparation of Requests for Proposals and Lease documents, contract and lease negotiations, and recommendations to the Director, lease administration, tenant relations, and other duties and projects as assumed or assigned.
