The management team leads Working Foremen, Airport Maintenance Workers and Heavy Equipment Operators who are the best at what they do and have won one of the highest and most prestigious awards for airport snow and ice removal. This position oversees and directs the daily and seasonal maintenance duties for the field maintenance department including front line contact with various stakeholders for snow removal operations at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport.  Duties also include management and maintenance of airside and landside areas such as runways, taxiways, ramps, turf areas, drainage systems, pollution control systems, fences, signs, public roads, parking lots, walks and other public facing areas.  Responsible for the safety of personnel and equipment in the performance of all duties.   Assigns duties and hours of work.  Performs inspections and prepares required reports.  Assists the Field Maintenance Manager/Operations and Field Maintenance Manager/Planning in the performance of all designated job functions, and in the absence of the manager, assumes full responsibility for completion of tasks.  Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs and uphold MAC’s Purpose and Values.
