Ferrovial-Vertiports Division is seeking a Business Plan Project Manager. The Business Plan Project Manager is primarily focused on Ferrovial’s business plan and the technical aspects of vertiports to develop Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) infrastructure networks. The Project Manager identifies potential cities and routes to be part of a network for selected geographic regions. He or she develops long-term business plans, identifying goals, objectives and action plans that drive day-today operations and management of vertiports. The Project Manager studies and analyzes the technical and operational variables of the project typology impacting the transport network. He or she evaluates the market for AAM service, identifying and analyzing demographics, actual trips and transport network and supports the demand modeling and forecasting, upgrading and enhancing the demand assessment methodology and models as needed. The Project Manager provides technical support to the Development, Operations and Construction teams in site selection including airspace, demand, layout and capacity.

The Ideal Candidate

The Business Plan Project Manager will have a 4-year degree in engineering, airport planning or a related area, a graduate degree is preferred; and 5-years’ experience in airport planning, demand forecasting and business planning; experience working for a transportation consultancy, preferably in an airport; and experience working in the United States. The Ideal Candidate must be able to problem solve and be able to plan strategically.
