The Aviation Department is seeking an experienced and Supply Chain Manager for the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.  As a member of the Airport’s Strategic Leadership Team, the successful incumbent will direct the work of strategic sourcing functions, consisting of contract oversight over $300+ million annually for the Aviation Department.  In addition this role will provide complex administrative support to the Director of Compliance Services.  Serving as a change advocate, will exhibit demonstrated experience formulating and implementing long-term strategic plans, forecasting customer demand, and driving process improvement activities. Performs strategic initiatives to enhance customer service, standardize processes, and increase efficiency in sourcing activities. Ensures the compliance, completeness and adherence to federal regulations, executive orders, North Carolina state statutes and City policies.  Provides expert advice and consultation to management related strategic sourcing best practices.
