Manage real property; oversees the development & implementation of easements / ROEs / Encroachment permits
Coordinates and manages the third-party development design/construction
Administers the land/facility valuation appraisals and rental re-calculation
Performs contractual compliance monitoring and enforcement
Oversee, review and coordinate the tenant Capital Improvement Design and Construction
Manage the administration of cart and kiosk programs.
Coordinates the property valuation appraisals for the organization.
Communicates with government officials, supervisor, other employees, clients, third party service contractors, vendors, the public, and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems.
Performs other related duties as required.
Requires the level of formal education typically acquired by the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree. Requires mildly extensive vocational experience. Involves knowledge and comprehension of techniques, information, methods, procedures, which are related to specific jobs and which can be acquired from some combination of vocational training, apprentice training, on the job training, or essential experience in lower level jobs during a period of minimum 3 years.
