Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for growing both aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue with a goal of increasing overall customer satisfaction while growing revenue. This position will need an in-depth understanding of and practical experience in properties, concessions, contract administration, advertising administration, DBE programs, information technology, marketing, air service and public relations to be successful in the role. Qualifying Education and Experience
Requires a combination of education and experience to successfully fulfill the leadership and technical needs of the Chief Growth Officer position. A Bachelor’s Degree and eight to ten (8-10) years of progressive experience in marketing, air service development and concessions/properties, of which at least five (5) years must have been in a leadership capacity, leading the divisions and/or functions this position will oversee. A common way to achieve this will be through roles in airport management, business development, properties, concessions and other areas of revenue growth. Experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the education.
A Bachelor degree, advanced degree and industry certifications relative to airport management are preferred and highly sought after for this position.
